Born in Hamilton, Ohio to a poor mother and a constantly working father, Thom Compton quickly decided to make things work for him. Beginning acting at age 13 for a museum called COSI Columbus, he quickly moved up the ranks and began developing his own style. Doing two plays and a short film, in 2004 he quit acting to study other ventures. Two days after his 18th birthday, Thom was kicked out of his home, which two monthes later landed him in Ocala, Florida. A far shoot from his home in Columbus, Ohio. Here he met his wife and two step sons. Her love allowed him to give acting another try. .
