For the past twenty plus years, I have humbly served as CEO to a chain of child care facilities in the Chicagoland area. My undergraduate degree in English is from Fisk University. My graduate degree is from National Louis University in Early Childhood Leadership and Advocacy. As an educator, I place a high priority on being educated. Hence, I am an student at Second City entering into an Acting 2 course learning the fundamentals of the journey I'm traveling. After hosting an Internet radio show, a listener who happened to be an agent invited me to an audition for an upcoming movie. I was cast and completed that movie role "But Deliver Us From Evil," which is scheduled for release in the Fall of 2015. I am currently cast as an attorney in the upcoming series "Chiraq." This journey segueing me from childcare to the stage has solidified the truth in the adage, "If you want God to laugh at you, tell Him your plan." My plan is to constantly be in training so I can deliver the best, most authentic performance I can in any role I am cast. I am the single mother of one daughter.
