Born in raised in Mason City, Iowa. I've be involved in Sports my whole life. When I entered high school I became a big fan of preforming for other people. I joined choir and auditioned for the Mohawk Follies. It was and still is recognized as the longest running high school variety show in the U.S. There are three shows each with 1,500 people in attendance. I was the lead my Jr. and Sr. year. I swam my four years of high school and by my Sr. year I qualified for the the Iowa State meet. Only the top 24 swimmers in the state get to make it, I was 19th. I gave a commencement address for my class of 210 in 2014. After I graduated to went to Iowa State University where I currently study Management Informations Systems. I also took up triathlons as my new sport.
