About me
Providence, Rhode Island, United States
I grew up in a small town in the Northeast. Girlfriend of mine sent my pictures to a modeling agency that ended up using me a couple times a month and that was first taste of being in front of the camera. When I got a little older I began commuting back and forth to Nyc to audition for commercials etc. Eager to learn as much as I could I took classes in New York,Boston and even an intensive one year program in LA. I loved performing. Came back east and ran a personal training gym in connecticut. While there I hosted a cable dating show. Still honing my skills in front of the camera I worked my way into hosting some Monster truck shows that I hosted on weekends around the country and then worked with Balls of Steel extreme motorcycle show for five years all over North America As well as Daytona bike week and we were featured on tv a lot!!!!. A few plays in between and then finally cast in a short film from NYU grad students. Now living in New York working as a host and producer for a web show Good News Broadcast with a very well known television producer taking me under his wing to show me the ropes. After five years working with them and now a few short films and even a couple of features under my belt my passion just kept growing. I auditioned to be the host of Webster hall Television which reached over ten million people in NYC and hosted that show for almost two seasons. By now I had a few commercials under my belt and met a former New York times photographer who had connections at NBC and said they were planning a new show for WNBCs new digital network and he thought I would be a good fit. Fortunately enough I worked with them for two years creating a couple television pilots where I was able to use my writing, producing and hosting ability. Soon after that I had lost my mother so had to relocate back up north but was able to write a television pilot about 42nd street and the history of it to be pitched to major networks through the connections I had made in the city. And also worked with a local production company Daylight Films a great husband and wife team writing voicing and producing commercials spots for local businesses. I couldn’t believe it. I am so lucky to have worked with the great people I have along the way and have learned so much by being out there doing it! Features, shorts, commercials, live performance plays I love it all my only wish was that mother was still alive to see me today. But I have a feeling she is watching. I am currently executive producer of a reality show being shopped to a major network and have been getting connected with some great filmmakers in the New England area and worked on some great projects. I still have much to learn but I do believe if you do what you love, stay humble and passionate and take every failure as a learning experience that you cant help but make progress. I am in this for long haul and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!
