Well I was born in the town of Cedar Falls in 1984. I moved around the state of Iowa quite a bit before settling in a small town called Hampton. From there I learned in school how to edit, film, and act in movies and on stage. I starred in a few high school plays, but was always more interested in sports. However I never lost the passion for acting. When I graduated I came to the University of Nothern Iowa, majoring in business. After participating in a few stage readings I auditioned for a student film called Reds and got the lead character Gray. From there I continued to help out in the theatre department wherever I could. Then my junior year I was cast in the independant film called The Season. My part was a pretty healthy role as Eddie an early 20s kid just released from prison that very day that everything bad happens. Since then I have done two short films with filmmakers in Iowa, one called The Favor and the other that still to this day has no title. I have also written one full lengh feature script and a few partial ones. I'm still a little rough around the edges with that. Over these years I have also practiced on different accents, characters (moods, and general personalities), and have also tried working on doing some combat and stuntwork. There really isn't a whole lot of oppurtunity to do those with out the set atmoshpere here in Iowa. After this May I plan to go to California and work even more at establishing an acting career. I also have many skills involving riding horses, roping, gun tricks, and I am also an EMT. So hopefully my future activities will allow me to incoporate those skills as well.
