Monika was born on the 3rd of September 1989 in the city of Toronto, Canada. With both Portuguese parents and an older sister (luso-canadian as well), she moved to Portugal when she was only 5 years old but as she says her heart and soul still lingers in Canada.

Currently in High School on her senior year studying Arts and wants to study Graphic Designer in college.

She’s been in a couple of plays and now she’s a member of theatre group called “Improviso” (translation – Improvise) (www.improviso.pt.to), they’re newest play was “Hotmail.com” where she played a 17 year old hippie.

Acting isn’t her only love; her love for music is also one of her standards, she’s part of a choral group, Grupo Coral Ossónoba and has her own garage band called My2Logic.

Her plans for the future is to finish studying Arts in Portugal and after move back to Canada and try to pursuit her dream… acting.
