LaChelle Lynn
Since the ripe young age of five LaChelle was destined to be an entertainer!
She is moved by music, amused by modeling, and she wants nothing less than to be an extraordinary actress. Her love for the arts grew with time and experience. She was active in Tap, ballet, and hip-hop at an early age.
Modeling is the name and it is her game. She has done local runway modeling for the post-dispatch bridal extravaganza at only five years old, only to return the next year to grace the runway once more in 1990.
She astound audiences from her local church to major plays around the St. Louis area.
Her dedication and raw talent was apparent as she always let her little light shine.
In June of 2006, she was scene in the “Fashion verses Style” Fashion Show at the St. Louis Glass Factory. Just one month Later She appeared on the runway for the Yani and Company Fashion Show in Downtown St. Louis. She was scene in “Eykkon” Fashion.
Amongst many designers her favorites rang from Donatella Versace, Marc Bouwer, and Vera Wang. Her love for Modeling has grown with every passing year.
In 1996 she danced her way into the hearts of on lookers at the St. Louis Art museum
With a rendition of, “Dancing at the Ritz”. She did what she could for a skinny little black kid coming from South St. Louis city. When jobs got dry she kept busy with after school activities such as cheerleading, dance and also gymnastics.
At the age of sixteen she had her first photo shot with Metro- Brides magazine, back in 2000. After just one shot she was driven to do more print work. In June of, 2003 she was seen in a six page spread in Mad Flava magazine. Although She has always wanted to do more high end fashion as her experience grows. By her senior year in high school she had excelled to Drama four advanced where she earned college credits.
She branched off to do local videos such as Murphy lee’s, “Love you Baby”. She can also be seen in J-kwon’s “Tipsy” as a main girl, as well as in Murphy lee’s video, “Hold Up.” She danced along side Nelly in his video “Na Na Na na”, where she worked the camera so naturally. November, 2004 in Los Angeles California she performed with Nelly and the St. Lunatics on the second annual Vibe Awards as a dancer. She was flown down to New Orleans, LA in March of 2005 to be along side rapper artist Lil Wayne in his video “Earthquake”. Just three months later in June she was headed for Atlanta, GA to dance the day away in the hot southern sun. She was a main girl next to new comer Young Jeezy in his video “Trap”.
LaChelle can be seen in a major motion picture titled “Pieces of a Dream” directed by Sherman (Skee) Skinner, premiering early 2007 in select cities. Though she was an extra she can be seen along side main character and co-star to B2k’s Raz-B. In June of 2005 she had a small role in a short film titled “Beautiful Hands” by Mariah Richardson. These are just a few of her accomplishments for she is determined to do so much more! LaChelle is working to be a major model, actress and writer so that she can share her story and talent with the world!
