Aaron James (A.J.) LeMay is excited to be working with the Virginia Stage Company for the 2007-08 season. He is a Southern California native, and although he still hears the Pacific Ocean in his sleep, the East Coast is showing him how much depth and history our nation has to offer those who seek to learn. He studied briefly at Mount San Antonio College for Vocal Performance & Theater in Southern California before being hoisted into a west coast career with Disney, Universal Studios, and 20 other theatrical as well as film and television productions. Since his arrival last summer to Virginia, A.J. has worked with Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Spirit of Norfolk, Hurrah Players, Hutson Talent Agency, New Dominion Pictures, and most recently First Landing: 1607. Favorite roles include Bob Kratchet in Ebenezer (original work), Maude the Bartender in Bye, Bye, Birdie, and Pre-Show Warm-Up guy (S.M.R. Improv). He would like to thank his family for believing in his dreams, and supporting his choice to entertain the world.
