I have been modeling for quite sometime now. I started out doing fashion shows for two up and coming clothing designers Dvizions and Jay Semaj who often did shows together. Although the fashion shows were fun, I felt I needed to branch off into something else that would give me more exposure. I decided that I needed to get a portfolio together. My very first pictures were taken with MissHarlemUsa.com of which I'm currently still a feature model. I was so impressed with the way the pictures came out that I decided to really take modeling serious. I posted my pics on sites most models are aware of and got a chance to work with alot of wonderful photographers who have helped me in some way to achieve certain goals or have put me in the path of certain opportunites based on our collaborations.

I have learned so many things about myself and about this business that I'm sometimes overwhelmed. Although I have management (agent), I learned that it doesn't stop there. You still have to hustle and secure your own success b/c nobody is going to love or have your best interest at heart more than your self. I also learned that “friends” aren't always “friends” and most would like to see you fall rather than climb that ladder of success.

Right now I am really trying to spread my wings and dive into acting. I have done a couple of minor things and am really looking foward to developing my talent.

All in all the question still remains, “Where do I go from here?” For me the only place I can go is to the top because falling to the bottom is not an option for me.
