Monique Pappas is a native of the New Orleans,Louisana where she studied Theater at Dillard University recieving her BA Speech Communications and Theater Arts. She was most recent role was "Bernice Charles" in August Wilon's Piano Lesson at the Contemporary American Theater Company in Columbus,Ohio.She has had the opportunity to tour the US with Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera and Saltworks Theater. Most of her career has been performing and teaching in the Pittsburgh area. Some of her stage credits include: Seven Guitars, Taming of the Shrew, Ain Misbehavin', Jelly's Last Jam, and Ma Rainey's Black Bottom. Some of her commercial credits include: Safe Auto Insurance, Don Allen Chevolet, and Comcast to name a few. She has also done voice-over and film work. When she is not acting Monique enjoys spenting time with her family, taking hip-hop dance classes, traveling and mentoring young people. Monique recently relocated to New York where she looks forward to a new and successful chapter of her career. " I need Law and Order of Greys Anatomy to call me!"
