    Harley Jay was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He appeared on Broadway playing the lead role of "Mark Cohen" in the historic play "Rent". He also did a national tour of the same production, along with the touring production of Miss Saigon. Harley has an original album out called "Without Wax". He performed his own music and opened for Grammy nominee James Otto on February 14, 2009.
