Plot Summary	The masked psychopathic Street Fighter from Spain, Vega, is now a professional actor but loses his new job on a soap opera because of his refusal to remove his mask. This leads to friction at home with his wife, Lucienda. Zangief and Dhalsim show up at Vega's apartment and persuade him to rejoin their ranks and help them find the other fighters requested by M. Bison. Vega takes the two men to the hospital where E. Honda's body is being stored temporarily until the electrisian can fix the electrical problem in the morgue. The electrician turns out to be none other than Blanca who violently refuses to rejoin his fellow fighters. Back at M. Bison's, plans are made to re-enlist the help of Chun Li to rebuild their ranks. Sagat pays a visit to Ryu and informs them of the plans of Zangief and Dhalsim. Ryu, wary of commercial competition, orders Bison, Zangief and Dhalsim killed.
