I have to sides of me, the well spoken helpful side and the comedic side. I try to mix them as best i can.
On YouTube i make a lot of comedy video. But i became known from my "rambling videos" where i talk about serious stuff and actually show the side where i'm some what smart. Now here's the thing. I'm the type of person who can speak and grab an audience and have people connect with what i'm saying. Some people praise me for what i've said. But the thing is i can only "s... Morepeak smart" but i cant "write smart" as you can tell by that sentence. I never took the time to really take "English, and typing" seriously because i knew i had a different talent that i was more focused on. Creating things, not with my hand, not building stuff, but by making videos and editing and filming and directing. I've directed so many videos and that to me is my real talent. My brother and my mom knew i had something, in fact my mom bought me a huge fancy "for the time" camera when i was nine years old. I started editing soon after that annoying my uncle as i asked to many questions. I created my first successful web series when i was freshmen in high school called "The Three Stoners" now don't take that title to seriously. I've never done drugs my life, i've been offered plenty but i never wanted to and i never will. I feel like people have there opinions of me and if they want to cast me as a druggy because of the way i use to dress and talk, well then that's there own opinion and there welcome to think whatever they want. In 10th grade i removed the videos. I wasn't ashamed of them, they did great. But a girlfriends mom found them and was convinced that i was a bad influence and a druggy so i finally caved in and removed them. I regret that to this day. In 2011 my brother and I created a new series. Which officially put us on the map of youtube land! The show was about two brothers who decided to open up there own independent film company. The show was a hit and we actually got our first sponsor "www.roadkilltshirts.com" which of course we got some free epic swag from! After the show hit three seasons we decided to call it quits and expand on to bigger and better things. My brother started his own show called "you tell me" and i started a show called "Mac Nation". My brother eventually branched off from "you tell me" into the gaming world, he know does video game VIDEOS! And makes a living off that...But this is about ME so lets get back on track. After starting my own show i decided to sign up with a web network. This was my first mistake. I signed up for a 2 year deal. They cut my pay majorly as i didn't read the FINE PRINT. But some good things happened during all of this crap. I started getting major TV network sponsorship's. I've been sponsored by FOX, NBC, and WII and a few other Single TV shows such as "New Girl" and "The Voice". In the past few months some stuff happened with my channel so i decided to say f*ck the contract i was on, and i created a new YouTube account! The network i signed with is only linked to my other account so if i created a new one they couldn't touch it! The thing is i didn't have an audience on the new account. So i decided to tell some of my fans i created a new channel. I know have about 4,000 people subscribed to that channel in just a few months.l and about 12,000 to my other account. Outside my channel i've done a lot of shows for a gaming channel called "machinima" i've starred in shows like "craft university" and "Minecraft WTF" and other random skits. I've made a lot of connections through-out my "career" and im enjoying every second of life. Less
