Brooke Ellis was born on May 16, 1994. She grew up in many different states, such as Colorado, Missouri, and Michigan in areas that would be considered middle sized cities.
Brooke had always been a listener: "When I was very little my mother and father would read me a story before bed every night." As a child, she wrote stories and essays and, beginning at the age of eight, started entering spelling bee's. Still, it never occurred to Brooke that she could become anything... More in life. Growing up in random places, where "work" centered mainly on washing dishes, acting didn't seem to be a practical career choice. Besides, the actresses she adored, she said "Seemed to be beautiful, happy, women in there late 20's. It was inconceivable that I might grow up to be one of those myself . . . "
In middleschool Brooke took all of the artistic classes she could take. From home ec. to Drama, she started to sculpt a future.
Brooke's acting is bound to be the next big hit,and with each audition she attends she gets closer and closer to the stardom she dreamed of as a little girl. In past months, she says, "I have lost my childish behaviour by putting it into my acting. When I realized how it sounded when I acted it out, I figured out how silly I must sound to adults and casting directors!" She describes herself as what once was a shy person and now is a person with an outgoing perspective on life. It is brave and bold of her.
Today, Brooke lives with her mother, father, and younger sister Hannah.In her spare time she paints landscapes and reads army survival guides. "It's just another part of my personality!" she says. She lives by the philosophy that you can always get something done, no matter the weather. She says, "When fisherman can't go out to sea, they repair nets. When I can't go to an open or casting call, I read scripts." Less
