I'll be honest and admit that I have no formal acting training or experience what-so-ever. I've filled out this profile out of curiousity. I think it's only fair to state that up front, as to not waste your time. However, I do think I do have some acting ability. Acting, after all, is really just pretending and lying at it's core, and just about everyone has done that from time to time.
I grew up in a military family, and as a result of moving around the U.S. my entire childho... Moreod, I have don't have any distinct regional accent.
I was in the U.S. Army for nine years. While this mostly refelects a better-than-average work ethic primarily, I think it helps out in other ways. While doing my job overseas I was required to pretty much lie outright to people and do so convincingly (a form of acting by my rationale). I'm also more flexible and able to take direction (the Army is nothing if not regimented and unflinching in this respect).
I am heavily tattooed, including full sleeve tattoos on both arms. I think it's only fair to mention that to anyone who looks at this profile. On the plus side it might end up saving a film-maker/producer cash by getting rid of make-up costs if they need a tattooed guy in their project.
I am currently enrolled in Ohio State University. While acting seems like it would be fun and exciting I do place my education above all else at the moment. I am flexible in regards to how long and where I would go to work, but I can't do anything that would harm my educational goals.
So let's see here, what else to write... I don't do drugs, so I guess that's a plus. I do smoke... a lot. I don't have lung cancer or trouble breathing, so there's no issue with whether or not I can do anything physical. I do normally wear glasses, but I'm not utterly blind without them.
All in all, I'm a pretty bright guy and generally easy to get along with. I don't have any delusions of becoming an A-list actor, but I figure I might as well try. I mean, what the hell, you never know.
