Summary
Who Killed Hip Hop?
A short film being submitted for the 48 Hour Film Project. The crew was given one line, one prop, and a genre and in 48 hours had to write film and edit a finished project for submission. It was a comedy spanning off of the idea that hip hop is dead. The Police officers (Detective HOTMAMA JACKSON and HOWARD STAIGHTMAN) are sent on a chase to find out whodunit. There are a list of suspects including a record label owner, a video vixen, a DJ, and last but not least a rapper. The detectives find a last minute piece of evidence that gives the audience an intense twist to conclude the film.
