Summary
A terrorist cell use an apartment in Jersey City as their base of operations to deploy a bomb in the Lincoln Tunnel during rush hour while Alice and Marvin are apartment sitting for a friend right next door! Sounds of torture and implements of violence lead Marvin to believe that their "good neighbors" are not what they appear to be. Mike Fass' character's name, El Soiled Nosehair, is a parody of that of El Sayeed Nosair, one of the suspected terrorists in the plot to blow up the World Trade Center in 1993.
