Summary
Russian national hero and Street Fighter II legend Zangief is now a washed up has-been and working as a janitor in, of all places, a video arcade in America. A publicly humiliating moment for him on the job leads to his termination. Now jobless and destitute, Zangief's firing is the catylist for a surprise encounter with former fellow Street Fighter Dhalsim. The two agree to attempt to start another tournament and rebuild their careers as Street Fighters.
