Summary
Based on Dominican poet, Salome Ureña. On her deathbed, in betweens violent coughs and feverish hallucinations which include Gen. Corrupcion, a french prostitute and her own 4 year old daughter, Camila, Salome re-visits her life. The political persecution, her husband's infidelities and her inability to provide for her children because of her advanced tuberculosis are some of the tragic events in her life portrayed in the one-woman show.
