Summary
Blue Box Technologies is an industry that prides itself on the production and delivery of outlandishly evil super-weapons for outlandishly evil super-villains. They’ve been involved in the super-weapon delivery service since The Doomsday Machine, The Death Star, and the Oblivion Device, all the way to Yoko Ono.
Unfortunately, no business is perfect, and Blue Box Technologies tends to “flump” it’s deliveries from time to time. As was the case when BBT’s delivery branch, when meaningfully trying to send the order to 6481 Evil Villain of Villainous Evil Rd., accidentally sent the packages to 6481 Evil Villain of Villainous Evil Ave., which, surprisingly, houses no evil villains whatsoever—but instead a small countryside family.
Go figure.
Thankfully, Blue Box Technologies has a specific branch dedicated to tracking down mis-delivered packages and returning them to their appropriate destinations (in 30 days or less or half their money back--guaranteed!). In fact, BBT personally sent their supposed top agent, Hickory, to essentially “Pick Up” the packages and return them to their proper home.
Alas, Hickory may have her work cut out for her as not only were the packages sent to a wrongful destination, but the person who received them was a small, emotionally-defunct, pre-pubescent child by the name of Pat who has actually developed a small mastery of the weapons during the short time he's had them. "Pick Up" the animation begins at this point.
