Summary
Roxanne is in the bedroom, having just got done riding her horses. Derrick (Roxanne's husband) comes in the room to discuss finances and talk to Roxanne about the exorbitant amount of money that her lessons are costing. An argument develops between the two, which eventually turns physical. Roxanne scratches Derrick's face and Derrick in turn kills Roxanne. Realizing he needs to cover up the crime, Derrick decides to burn down the house.
