So you want to be an actor?  Well, like anything else it takes more than what the naked eye can see.  Of course it starts with you.  You have to be the driving force behind your success.  Once you are committed and I mean totally commited to you and your career, He will send you a team.  A mentor, an agent, a photographer, a stylist, a manager, a wing, and a prayer.  Yes, all of this plus a Starbuck Refresher (not as harsh as coffee and way less sugar)  will be essential to making it to your next destinaton.    If you have a day job, you will understand how this drink will be as important to you as a hammer is to a carpenter.  When you blow an audition, your team will help you dust yourself off and get on to the next.   When you are exactly on-time to the set instead of the industry norm of 15 minutes early, and everyone is looking at you sideways, your team will give it to you raw but lend that enouraging work and help you download the Uber app so you can get there.  They will also tell yout to shake it off anc go on camera fierce so they can look at you like "Damn, you did that," instead of "Really."   A good team can mean the difference of you becoming a shining star or a lightening bug. Now, I am neither right now but I do know the importance of having a good team cause no one can do this alone.
